When you make an online purchase, you have a 14-day window from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

Every order placed through COW GIRL SKI is dispatched in its original packaging, and this packaging must remain intact. Please keep in mind that when trying on items for potential returns, it's essential to do so very carefully to prevent any wear and tear. 

Please keep in mind that all items that you wish to return must be in mint condition, as when you received the goods. If not, we do have the right to refuse your return and send the package back to you.

Processing Time

Upon receiving your return, we will process it as swiftly as possible, aiming for completion within of 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Please be aware that we do not provide return labels for any shipments. If you wish to make a return, you are responsible for the shipping cost. You can choose your preferred shipping company and select a tracking option. Any goods that do not make it back to us cannot be refunded, therefore we strongly suggest tracked shipping methods.
